Job Summary:

Hong Kong Disneyland Resort is now hiring Guest Communications Intern for Experience Strategy, Planning and Operations Team.

Responsibilities
* Manage and handle all forms of incoming enquires and comments received from different sources in well-organized manner.
* Ensure all incoming cases are prioritized and managed in terms of urgency for efficient and effective handling.
* Work with other line of business to maintain a consistent Guest Service standard.

Requirements
* Current university students major in Hotel, Hospitality, Tourism Management, Communication or other related disciplines.
* Energetic, strong team-players and passionate about Disney.
* Excellent command of English and Chinese, including both spoken Cantonese and Putonghua.
* Good data analysis, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR.
* Good communication skills
* Must be available for a full-time internship for three consecutive months between May and August 2026.
* Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage.
