Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Hotel Management Interns to join our dynamic team. This internship provides a comprehensive, hands-on introduction to the fast-paced world of hospitality. You will rotate through key departments, gaining practical experience in front office operations, food and beverage service, and housekeeping management. This is an excellent opportunity to apply academic knowledge, build professional skills, and understand daily hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Front Office team with guest check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and concierge services.

Learn housekeeping protocols, including room inspection standards and inventory management.
*
Provide exceptional customer service, address guest inquiries, and help resolve issues promptly.
*
Participate in administrative tasks, reporting, and support various departmental projects as needed.
*
Uphold the hotel's brand standards, safety regulations, and hygiene policies

Requisiti del candidato:

Qualifications & Requirements:

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related degree program.

Strong passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a high degree of reliability.

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
