Location: Lima Free Zone, Cartago, Costa Rica
Duration: 6 months internship
Recruitment process: May 2026
Start Date: June 2026

How you could make an impact:

* Support the Talent Acquisition team in candidate outreach, invitation calls, and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
* Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating agendas with candidates and internal stakeholders.
* Provide support in the preparation, organization, and maintenance of recruitment-related documentation and records.
* Assist in collecting, updating, and analyzing recruiting metrics and HR data to support reporting and decision-making.
* Support the Internship Program by assisting with program coordination and engagement activities.

What you'll need (Required):

* University students in the final years of studies pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. (minimum 75%-degree completion)
* Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. (B2 level or higher)
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Power BI is highly desirable.
* Availability to work on-site as part of an in-person internship program.

What else we look for (Preferred):
* Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and applications is preferred
* Interest in pursuing healthcare and/or medical device industry experience
