Job Description Summary

This is a 12 month program, and it is an investment in young talents where GE Vernova trains fresh graduates who meet the required criteria to perform in the selected role. This program will help you in developing general skills and provide you on-the- job knowledge to develop client relationship and business development.

Job Description

This is a 1-year full-time trainee position offered under a hybrid working model in Dubai, with the possibility of extension to up to 2 years.

What you'll do:
* Identify and develop potential opportunities through client engagement and team collaboration.
* Partner with colleagues and other departments to understand, develop, and communicate the value proposition of products and services to potential customers.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Gain hands-on experience in project management.
* Participate in every stage of turnkey substation projects, starting from initiation, procurement and engineering through to construction and commissioning of 400kV / 132kV systems.
* Participate in site visits from time to time
* Support project success by preparing reports and participate in project reviews.

What you'll bring:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanical or/ and Industrial Engineering or relevant engineering degree from an accredited university or final year students having the ability to join full time
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point etc.) applications.
* Curious, proactive, and eager to learn, with high integrity and strong analytical skills.
* Team player with the ability to communicate effectively across functions.
* Highly organized and systematic, with solid time management skills.
* Confident and outgoing communicator with the ability to engage effectively with diverse project teams
* Fluency in both Arabic and English
* UAE Nationals holding a Family Book are encouraged to apply

What will make you stand out:
* Previous internship project experience or customer engagement.
* Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.com.
* Knowledge of industrial or energy sector technologies and solutions.
