Program Overview
This opportunity is designed for UAE National university students pursuing degrees in Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, or Legal, offering early professional exposure in a flexible, part-time format while continuing academic studies.
Participants will gain hands-on workplace experience, build foundational professional skills, and develop an understanding of Accenture's business and corporate functions. The program requires a commitment of 5-8 hours per week, structured to align with university schedules.
Role Responsibilities
Participants will support teams within corporate and enabling functions, aligned to their field of study. Responsibilities may include:
* Supporting day-to-day activities within HR, Marketing, Finance, or Legal teams
* Assisting with research, documentation, presentations, and reporting
* Supporting data collection, analysis, and process documentation
* Participating in meetings, learning sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities
* Collaborating with Accenture professionals to gain exposure to business operations
* Applying academic knowledge to real-world business scenarios

Eligibility Criteria

Required:
* UAE National (Emirati)
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in:
* Human Resources
* Marketing
* Finance
* Legal
* Ability to commit 5-8 hours per week
* Strong interest in corporate functions and professional services
* Professional mindset with willingness to learn

Preferred:
* Strong English communication skills
* Familiarity with standard office and collaboration tools
* Good organizational and time management skills
