What You Will Do
Trimble Paris is looking for an intern as SW Robotics developer. You will be in charge of developing a new solution to estimate the position based on IMU and deep learning.

The first part of this internship will be focused on porting a deep learning solution on an embedded system to compute the position from IMU data; the second part will consist of collecting data in Paris/Nantes for training of the model indoor/outdoor and then run field tests with the trained model.
The third part will consist of writing a statistics report of all the tests performed during the internship.

The expected intern duration is 3 months from June/July 2024 until September 2024.

You will work in close collaboration with the Paris/Nantes engineering team but also with colleagues in India to ensure that Trimble continues to provide quality products for the Surveying and Geographic Information Systems industry.
