Job Description
For our Western Europe Logistics team, we are looking for a talented student or recent graduate to join us as an intern. As a key player in the team, you will gain hands-on experience on real projects, working alongside experienced professionals and contributing to the continuous improvement of logistics processes.
You will lead a structured project, supported by a mentor, with a strong focus on data, performance monitoring, and process optimization.

Key Activities
* Logistics Invoicing Control:
* Contribute to the implementation of an automated calculation of logistics invoices in SAP for outsourced warehouses
* Support the improvement and reliability of the invoicing process
* Reduce manual checks and enhance administrative efficiency
* Logistics KPI Monitoring:
* Build a global logistics dashboard based on SAP extractions and Power BI
* Enable quick and structured analysis of logistics KPIs
* Compare performance across internal warehouses
* Identify, share, and promote best practices across the network
* Process Improvement:
* Map existing logistics processes
* Support the formalization of processes and contribute to the drafting of a Transporeon SOP, including visual guidelines (screenshots, user support material)

Who We Are Looking For
* Bachelor's / Master's degree student (or recent graduate) in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
* Strong analytical mindset and interest in data management and performance monitoring
* Good knowledge of Excel; familiarity with Power BI and SAP is a plus
* Interest in digital tools and logistics platforms (e.g., transport management systems)
* Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
* Ability to work autonomously on projects while collaborating effectively within a team
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Fluency in English and French
