Description du poste

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to support firmwide operations, communications, and executive coordination across the business. This role plays a central part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of internal processes, leadership support, and cross-functional communication.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is solutions-driven, and can seamlessly manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion. Acting as a key operational and communication partner to leadership, this position requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

INTERNSHIP DETAILS

* Start Date: June 2026
* End Date: August 2026
* Location: Paris (on-site only)
* Compensation: The internship will begin with a two-month unpaid trial period. Upon satisfactory performance and the Firm's determination of suitability, the internship may be extended for an additional four-month paid period, bringing the total duration to six months.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Coordinate day-to-day operational and administrative activities across the firm
* Manage complex scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics for leadership
* Support internal and external communications, including correspondence, presentations, and briefing materials
* Assist in planning and coordinating firmwide initiatives, events, and meetings
* Ensure smooth communication flow between departments, leadership, clients, and external partners
* Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and related logistics
* Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups to support efficient business operations
* Prepare reports, agendas, meeting notes, and operational documents as needed
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
* Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency across the organization
