Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS

You are joining our Global Securities Financing team, which is looking for a Sales Assistant Intern, for an internship of 6 months from July 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Assist in the execution of transactions (Repo, Cross-Currency Repo, Asset Switches, Securities Lending, Total Return Swap).
* Monitoring of bilateral and tripartite transactions.
* Management of positions and rest rates.
* Close collaboration with structuring, trading and sales teams.
* Creation of sales materials for customer presentations.
* Monitoring of contracts and client limits.
* Improvement and automation of processes.
* Liaison between the Front-Office, the Back-Office and the legal department.
* Assist sellers in their daily activities.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a BAC+4/5 student, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school) with a specialization in finance.

You have an excellent command of Excel-VBA and the Office Pack; knowledge of Python would be a plus;
You demonstrate rigor and good organizational skills;
You are able to work under pressure;
You have excellent writing skills;
You are fluent in French and English;
You have a strong interest in financial markets;
You ideally master Bloomberg (this mastery is highly recommended).
