Your tasks Whether it's a compulsory or voluntary internship - As an intern/flexicant (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the team with the following responsible tasks from 01.11.2026: You identify and analyze delays and waiting reasons in the FTTH process You actively support the clarification and processing of existing waiting reasons You coordinate and arrange appointments as part of the fibre-optic expansion You monitor open processes and ensure prompt processing You communicate with customers as well as internal and external stakeholders You help find solutions to problems that arise and process delays You maintain and update relevant information and processes in the relevant systems You contribute to a smooth FTTH expansion process through a structured and reliable way of working Your profile You are studying economics, business administration, a comparable course of study or are in a gap year.
