Internship Opportunities: Cloud Solution Architecture

The purpose of the Customer Success Unit is to guide our customers to better deploy, adopt, and gain long-term business value from their investment in (COMPANY NAME). In turn, their successes will ensure we grow our Azure consumption. Ultimately, when customers are successful, we are successful. Cloud Solution Architects (CSA) drive high priority customer initiatives on the (COMPANY NAME) Azure Platform in collaboration with customers and the (COMPANY NAME) in-field strategic accounts segment of our business. This is a customer facing role, owning overall technical relationship between a customer and (COMPANY NAME) Azure Applications Development Platform.

Responsibilities:
* Provides technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations and installations of company products.
* Is the central technical contact for the sales staff to implement leading (COMPANY NAME) cloud technologies to meet customer needs.
* Has a holistic view over the customer technology landscape and architecture to asses optimization opportunities using (COMPANY NAME) technologies.
* Ensures that the customer is fully satisfied with the product application/solution performance.
* Advises company sales staff and customer personnel by disseminating technical information on specific applications.
* Works closely with employees from various organizational levels at the customer to fully understand their technical needs

Requisiti del candidato:

Basic Qualifications 
* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering,Technology Management or related field with at least one quarter/semester remaining to complete after internship.
* Passion for technology and customer obsessed.
* Displays strong stakeholder and relationship management across senior leaders, partners, and customers.
* Enthusiasm towards leading technologies and motivation to learn and grow.
* Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills in English.
* You must be legally authorised to work in Germany to be eligible for this role. (Legally authorised = has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit)
