The automotive industry is undergoing radical change and we at Mercedes-Benz are right in the middle of it. The variety of fascinating products that we build here at the Rastatt plant ranges from the new A-Class to the GLA and our electric vehicles. As the lead plant for compact cars, we are driving forward the use of new technologies at the Rastatt site and want to pass this know-how on to our trainees.

Get creative yourself and actively shape our marketing and recruiting campaigns for new trainees and new DH students!
These are some of the challenges you will face:
* Collaboration in the recruiting of dual university students and trainees
* Participation in the area of training marketing at the Rastatt site, support and collaboration in the project team for the development of new marketing strategies
* Collaboration in the planning and implementation of training events, design and implementation of internal and external marketing for these events
* Creating your own posts with photos for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram etc.)
* Student internships: Implementation and execution, i.e. application processing, selection of student interns, assignment planning, organizational support for student interns
* Collaboration in school marketing: conception and implementation of information events and applicant training at schools, organization of excursions
* Creation of presentations and evaluations (PowerPoint and Excel)

Qualifikationen

* Degree in business administration, marketing, communication sciences, social sciences, psychology or a comparable course of study
* Proficient in written and spoken German and English
* Confident handling of MS Office
* Commitment and ability to work in a team
* Analytical mindset and strategic way of working
* Enjoyment of design topics and teamwork
