HR Germany & Global Tech (HR GT)
The HR GT team is responsible for overall HR projects (human resources) at T-Systems. In doing so, we work internationally and closely with business, central and decentralized HR departments, our social partners and various divisions of the company. Your tasks
Whether it's a mandatory or voluntary internship - As an intern (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the team with the following responsible tasks from 01.07.2026:
* You prepare information and decision documents for HR management and prepare them independently
* You take on project management tasks and actively support their implementation
* You are involved in the design and implementation of workshops
* You assist with administrative and organizational activities as well as with coordinating appointments
* You research, analyze and address strategic and operational issues
* You support the preparation and follow-up of (international) meetings
* You further develop concepts for using digital tools and (agile) methods and analyze their possible applications as part of process optimization
Your profile
You are studying business administration, human resources management, psychology, a comparable course of study or are in a gap year.
You also have the following knowledge and skills:
* You are comfortable using MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel)
* You are characterized in particular by your analytical thinking skills, a high level of personal initiative and excellent communication skills
* The HR environment is very dynamic: you should therefore enjoy a wide range of tasks, enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics and have a high degree of personal initiative
* You have a structured way of working and a sense of clear communication with excellent written and spoken German and English skills (at least C1 level in accordance with GER)
This position is also available on a part-time basis.
Severely disabled people are given priority if they are equally qualified.
