Your role

We are looking for a Real Estate Business Analyst Intern who will be part of the management of the company's global offices real estate portfolio, the intern will work on real estate projects such as lease renewals, relocations, sales, or acquisitions of the group's properties.

This role requires strong analytical abilities and excellent real estate project management skills.

The selected candidate will need to develop positive working relationships with functional partners across Global Business Units and Real Estate functions to foster a collaborative working environment with the goal of becoming a trusted advisor.

Main responsibilities

* Analyzing the business rationale in collaboration with local teams,

* Understanding and aligning real estate projects with the overall global strategy,

* Organizing and leading meetings with various stakeholders,

* Conducting detailed financial analysis,

* Performing market benchmarking of real estate values to gain a comprehensive understanding of each case,

* Providing well-informed recommendations based on in-depth assessments.

Main requirements:

* Educational Background in Economics, Management, Engineering or equivalent

* Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a track record of execution against deliverables

* Sound judgment and independent decision-making are required

* Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize projects accordingly

* Attention to detail and time-project management skills

* Flexibility and openness to change

* Proficient in Excel
