In your role as Plant Quality Control Intern, reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the following activities:

* Support all activities related to Plants' Quality department: main focus on production process controls

* Support product problems solving

* Manage complaints: analyze the causes of products defects and define improvement and preventive actions in collaboration with R&D and Manufacturing Departments

* Analyze call rate data and suggest improvement actions and implementation follow up

* Participate in developing quality performance reporting systems (through KPIs)

* Analyze process scrap and reworks and identify action plan to reduce them

* Maintain and enhance the company's quality procedures, standards and specifications: ISO 9001 and QMS

* Participate in internal and external audits performed by external quality auditors.

Your Profile:

* Master's Degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering

* Fluency in English

* Proficiency in the main MSOffice tools (Excel)

Entrepreneurship, organizational and planning skills, teamwork attitude, flexibility and proactivity will complete the profile.
