As part of the Talent Acquisition team, the intern will have the opportunity to actively support the "Summer Jobs" project, dedicated to the recruitment and selection of a significant number of production operators on shifts to be hired for the summer period.
The intern will be involved in all the main stages of the recruitment process, contributing operationally to the activities that lead to the onboarding of new colleagues.
YOUR ROLE
Working alongside the Talent Acquisition team, the intern will:
* Support the posting of job ads and the management of applications across different recruiting channels.
* Conduct CV screening based on the requirements of the production operator role on shifts.
* Contact and schedule candidates (by phone and e-mail), organize interview sessions and manage interview agendas.
* Assist during selection interviews, participating in interviews together with recruiters and contributing to the evaluation of candidates.
* Support the collection and management of documentation required for hiring.
* Collaborate on administrative and coordination activities related to the project, ensuring the smooth progress of the selection process up to the onboarding of selected candidates.
* Potentially support other Talent Acquisition activities (reporting, updating candidate databases, employer branding initiatives, etc.), depending on business needs.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Ongoing or recently completed degree in Human Resources or related fields.
* Strong interest in HR processes, especially Talent Acquisition.
* Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
* Proactivity, curiosity and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); familiarity with digital recruiting tools/Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus.
* Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
