Copywriter Internship

Position

Bulgari S.p.A., is looking for a Copywriter intern (English and Italian) within the Corporate Training and Internal Communication team, with a real passion for the art of engaging an audience by crafting textual narrations and diffuse our messages to our diverse worldwide community of employees and potential candidates.
Main accountabilities:
* Write and/or adapt and localize different formats of copy to inform, engage and entertain Bulgari employees and potential candidates (formats can be presentation scripts, news, post on internal and external social media, invitations, training storyboard, procedures, email, posters, internal websites, land pages and social media, video and interview storyboard, and any other people communication channel addressed to our community of employees and/or to our external candidates).
* Make contents and concepts captivating and easily absorbed, using the proper tone of voice, to maximize the reader's experience across different channels (in English and/or Italian).
* Scout and be aware of cultural and writing trends and spaces online and offline, with a special focus on digital communication.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and possible external partners.
* Ensure all content and assets are consistent, compliant and internally approved.

Profile

Qualifications:
* Studies in Media, Communication, Writing
* Understanding of how to diffuse branding principles and values
* Be able to talk to people and to make internal company messages clear, captivating, engaging and able to trigger adoption and participation
* Familiarity with UX design and with techniques that combine visual and written contents
* Familiarity with Office suite and Microsoft 365 platform (Sharepoint, Viva Engage). Familiarity with mailing tools and generative AI tools would be a plus
* Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Italian (C1-C2). A 3rd language would be a plus
* Knowledge of translation principles
