Missions
Under the supervision of the Head of Human Resources, you will be a key member of our 5-person HR team and will participate in the following areas:
* Training: support coordination of the annual training campaign, assist in planning and delivering training sessions, and contribute to the annual INFPC report.
* Recruitment: manage job descriptions and job-board postings, assist with candidate screening and interview logistics, and support onboarding.
* HRIS & Reporting: maintain HR records in personnel and training systems, produce regular and ad hoc reports, and support absence management monitoring.
* Labour law & Compliance: help ensure compliance with local legal regulations and contribute to analysis/comparison of social legislation across the Greater Region (BE / LUX / FR / DE).
* Policies & Operations: review and update internal policies and procedures (English), support event organization, handle routine HR enquiries and assist the HR team with more complex tasks.
* Stakeholder engagement: liaise with staff delegates, authorities and external providers as required.

Formation / Spécialisation
* Enrolled in a Master program with a Human Resources specialization.
Compulsory internship linked to your educational program and tripartite agreement preferred.
* Languages: fluent in English and French, any other language could be a plus
* Sensitivity to Finance and HR professions is desirable

* First experience in HR is ideal

* IT skills: advanced user of Word, Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable using HRIS tools and producing reports
