YOUR ROLE
You will assist NPI Test Engineers in coordinating and executing the following activities:
* Support new product introduction activities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in developing and implementing NPI processes.
* Participate in design reviews, product testing, and validation activities.
* Help create and maintain documentation (e.g. TGAT, project tracker, etc.).
* Assist in analyzing production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
* Follow up with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of components and materials.
* Support the resolution of technical issues and provide feedback to the engineering team.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
* Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or any related engineering field.
* Good communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
* Proficiency in English, with strong presentation skills.
* Minimum internship duration of 3 months or longer.
