Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Coordinate orientation session, meetings, and taking dictation and minutes.
* Prepare basic HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, leave trends).
* Prepare HR communications, decks, and meeting materials.
* Support overall HR department on special project assignment.

Project Contribution:
* Support with planning and actively involved in execution of year.
* Assist with HR-related digital improvement project.
* Assist with survey preparation and analysis for HR department.
* Support in employer branding project

Requisiti del candidato:

Qualifications

* Strong communication in English (both in speaking and writing).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point.
* Detail-oriented.
* Preferably 4 to 6 months of internship duration.
* Start by August 2026
