Tražimo pripravnika u službi za održavanje i implementaciju korisničkih sistema

Dobićete priliku za:

* Obavljanje zadataka povezanih sa održavanjem i upravljenjem mrežama naših klijenata, u skladu sa "Managed Services" ugovorom,
* "Fault management"/oporavak i rešavanje problema povezanih sa korisničkim mrežama, u skladu sa postojećim procedurama i aktuelnim SLA,
* Isporuka KPI (procesnih i mrežnih) u skladu sa SLA definisanim u "Managed Services" ugovoru,
* Upotreba postojećeg ticketing sistema,
* Preventivno održavanje u skladu sa klijentovim trenutnim procesima,
* Periodične provjere operativnog stanja svih djelova opreme i sistema, kao i mrežnog saobraćaja i alarma,
* Učešće u akrivnostima povezanim sa integracijom i izmjenama u klijentskim mrežama i na mrežnim elementima,
* Komunikacija sa organizacijama koje pružaju tehničku podršku kada rešavanje problema to zahtijeva,
* Redovan nadzor, ažuriranje, priprema, kontrola i analiza tehničke dokumentacije (izvještaji, evidencija rezervne opreme, inventory…),
* Saradnja sa ostalim sektorima u svakodnevnim aktivnostima,
* Gore navedene aktivnosti uključuju podršku mentora,
* Potencijalno potrebna pripravnost van radnog vremena ("standby duty").

Potrebne vještine:

* Obrazovanje: diploma tehničkog fakulteta (ili student),
* Osnovno poznavanje telekomunikacionih sistema,
* Obavezna upotreba Crnogorskog jezika,
* Osnovno poznavanje Engleskog jezika,
* Dobre komunikacijske vještine i timski rad.

About This Opportunity

We are now looking for a BO Intern to support maintenance of customer's networks.

You'll get the opportunity to

* Perform tasks of operations and maintenance of customer's networks, in accordance with the "Managed Services" contract,
* "Fault management"/repair and problem solving related to customer's networks, in accordance with the current processes and applicable SLA,
* Delivering KPI (process and network) according to SLA defined in "Managed Services" contract,
* The use of the current client's ticketing system,
* Preventive Management in accordance with the client's current processes,
* Periodic check of the operational condition of all parts of equipment and systems, as well as traffic and alarms,
* Participation in activities regarding integration, changes and reconfiguration of customer's networks and Network Elements,
* Communication with technical support organizations in order to address identified problems that go beyond the activities of the second line of support,
* Regular monitoring, updating, records, control, preparation and analysis of technical documentation (periodic and ad-hoc reports, equipment inventory, condition of spare parts),
* Preparation of reports and analysis of statistical parameters,
* Cooperation with other sectors within the service, as well as other services when activities involve the participation of several sectors/services,
* All listed above is performed with mentor's support,
* Potential standby duty from home.

Key Skills

* Student or Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electronics, Computer science, Telecommunication or equivalent),
* Basic knowledge of telecommunication technologies,
* Use of Montenegrin language (mandatory),
* Basic knowledge of English language,
* Communication skills and teamwork.
