Within Gdańsk, Spare Parts team handles Supply Chain and Logistics from warehouse in Hamburg as well deliver on board. Globally team delivers the quality of service based on a high personal commitment to satisfy customer expectations.
We are looking for a new team member to join us as Spare Parts Buyer Intern.

* Support the team in system development and maintenance of our fleet management.
* After comprehensive training, you will also be responsible for supporting the SAP interface.
* Create and adjust purchase orders based on accurate original information and within agreed limit ranges.
* Assist your colleagues with relevant systems (SAP MM, Sertica) and track delivery dates, ensuring punctuality.
* Complete incoming goods notifications in the systems and resolve discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices during invoice processing

Requisiti del candidato:

* You are currently enrolled in a field of study, such as data analysis/data science/mechanical engineering or a related field.
* Ideally, you have practical experience in business administration or data analysis or in procurement and supply chain management.
* The ability to work independently and flexibly is essential for you.
* Familiarity with MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is necessary.
* You communicate very well in English (written and spoken)
