People & Culture Intern

JOIN OUR TEAM As a People & Culture intern, you will have the opportunity to learn People & Culture processes and gain experience in the HR and payroll area. This position is based in Robakowo and unlimited. WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Operation of the time accounting system, verification of schedules and vacation limits
* Entering data into the personnel and payroll system
* Providing personnel services to employees, preparing contracts, and other documents related to day-to-day administration
* Taking care of proper maintenance of personnel files
* Creating HR reports
* Supporting HR processes and projects

YOU COME WITH

* Independence and responsibility for assigned tasks
* Good organization of work
* Good knowledge of Excel
* Fluent in Polish
* Knowledge of English min. B1
* Willingness to gain practical experience in the HR department
* People with first experience are welcome
* A category B driver's license is welcome
* Students of administration, economics are welcome
