About the Program

We are looking for engaged and proactive students who will join the AstraZeneca Ambassadors Program 2026/2027 and represent our company within the academic community.

The program takes place during one semester (October - February) and is designed as an intensive development experience focused on active participation, real collaboration, and building your personal brand.

This is an unpaid opportunity to gain contacts, skills and hands-on experience with a global biopharmaceutical company.

Who are we looking for?

Students based in Poland, studying in areas such as:

* Life sciences, medicine, pharmacy,

* Data science, AI, data analytics, computer science or related

* Finance, business, management

Additionally, you:

* Are fluent in English

* Are highly motivated and ready to actively engage throughout the program

* Are a strong communicator and enjoy working with people

* Are available to participate in mandatory mentoring sessions, on-line trainings and on-site meetings in Warsaw

* Are interested in building your presence on social media (especially LinkedIn)

* Have experience in student organizations, academic clubs or event organization (nice to have)

As an Ambassador, you will:

* Represent AstraZeneca at your university and within your student network

* Actively participate in mentoring sessions, trainings and on-site meetings

* Co-create and support the delivery of student-focused events and initiatives

* Collaborate with student organizations and university groups

* Build AstraZeneca's employer brand on campus

* Create and share engaging content on LinkedIn and other social media channels

* Grow your personal brand as a young professional
