HR Intern with English
The role conducts research on relevant topics, analyzing data to identify significant trends and provides actionable recommendations for strategic direction. The role participates in team meetings, offering innovative ideas and capturing detailed minutes, while also preparing and presenting accurate reports for stakeholders. The role also organizes and maintains departmental documentation, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance, and stays updated on industry trends and best practices, displaying a commercial and growth mindset.

Your Role:
* Supported departmental processes that indirectly impact Philips' med-tech products by coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring smooth daily operations.
* Assisted with routine strategic, operational, and administrative tasks, working independently within set guidelines.
* Conducted research on industry trends and best practices to provide insights for ongoing projects.
* Analyzed project-related data to identify key patterns and offer actionable recommendations.
* Participated in team meetings, contributing ideas and documenting clear, accurate minutes.
* Helped prepare and present reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Organized and maintained departmental files to improve accessibility and operational efficiency.
* Stayed updated on industry developments while continuously building relevant technical and professional skills.

You're the right fit if:
* You are a student with at least two years of studies
* You possess strong communication skill and you are well-organized
* You have a strong attention to detail and analytical skills for order information completeness and correctness
* You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are quick to adapt and learn.
* You are available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
* Be fluent in English (both orally and in writing)
* Optional Dutch ; Danish ; French ; Swedish ; Finnish Language will be an asset
