About the Role
Are you ready to gain hands-on experience and make a real impact? Weatherford is seeking enthusiastic Human Resources summer interns to join our HR Team at Weatherford. This internship will help you grow personally and professionally while providing insights into the oil and gas industry and Weatherford's role in it.
What You'll Do
* Receive coaching and mentoring to understand our organization and projects.
* Complete internal projects to identify business improvements and critical customer outcomes.
* Learn about our systems and processes to assist with project completion.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and network with global business leaders.
* Present your project outcomes to the Senior Leadership team.
* Provide feedback at the conclusion of the internship.
* Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance.
What You'll Bring
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Human Resources-related discipline.
* A strong desire to learn and engage with a variety of industry experiences.
* An understanding of, and ability to contribute to, a diverse and inclusive workplace.
* Exceptional writing and editing abilities.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* The capacity to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Proven project management capabilities.
* A detail-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, and inquisitive mindset.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive leadership approach.
* A genuine enthusiasm for building and maintaining relationships.
* Legal eligibility to work in the United Kingdom without the need for sponsorship or restricted time limits.

Duration: 10 weeks
Start Date: 1st June 2026
End Date: 8th August 2026
Compensation: Paid
