YOUR ROLE
As a Sales Operations Excellence Specialist, you will be working within the Sales Operations Team for Europe supporting this team to drive and optimize sales operational efficiency. Reporting to the Sales Operations Hub leader, the role will focus on delivering operational excellence to our Sales Team and Sales Operations Business Partners by providing analysis, driving data quality and building best practice across a range of tools and systems.
YOUR RESPONSOBILITIES
* Drive uptake and accurate reporting in our tools and feedback to tool owners on process improvement or best practice.
* Develop and implement procedures to ensure data integrity and cleanliness of the CRM with marketing, sales and business sales teams.
* Promote and implement operational models to deliver high and consistent service levels to the organization to grow.
* Assist teams in reporting and analysis across an array of sales operations activities and initiatives to include sales pipeline management, customer relationship management, territory management and forecasting and sales process optimization.
* Supporting sales teams in their onboarding and adoption of systems and tools
QUALIFICATIONS
* Very responsive, proactive, and team-player attitude, efficient work organization, and the ability to think out of the box
* Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, demonstrate great problem-solving skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with excellent excel skills
* Proficiency in English (B2 or higher level) is necessary
