About this Position

As a Key Account Manager Trainee, you will support the Key Account Management team in daily operations and customer-related tasks. This role offers you the opportunity to develop essential skills in sales, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within a leading FMCG company.

What you´ll do

* Ensures support to Key Account Management/Sales department of Henkel Consumer Brands Division on aspects regarding customers and internal department policy
* Gather, summarize and analyze market & customer information
* Maintain internal files/documents in an accurate and timely manner
* Assist sales team in daily tasksParticipate in relevant internal meetings & keep minutes when required
* Keep close communication with other relevant departments (marketing, costumer service, finance, logistics)

What makes you a good fit

* University degree, economical studies preferred
* Knowledge of MS Office: good knowledge of all applications necessary (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook)
* English fluent (oral and written)
* Math and comprehension skills
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to multitask
* Willingness to work as a team player
* Ability to take direction
