About the team The System Strategy & Operations team under Global Monetization Strategy & Operations is responsible for standardizing processes, driving product adoption, user satisfaction and loyalty of our transaction platform, building relationships with regional cross-functional teams, managing market voice, and influencing the Product team with market feedback & insights. You will work with the product team, sales and clients, finance team and other cross-functional teams to optimize transaction systems, incorporate market feedback into product strategy, and support the successful rollout of global monetization initiatives. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities - Support Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives for new product and feature launches, including operational planning, rollout coordination, and adoption tracking - Analyze product adoption, user behavior, and operational data to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and trends, and provide recommendations for process and product improvements - Support the development of product documentation, training materials, and best practice guides to improve user enablement and product adoption - Conduct market, competitor, and user research to gather business insights and help prioritize product and operational improvements - Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Finance, and regional stakeholders to translate business needs into clear operational requirements - Assist with stakeholder communications, issue tracking, and operational support to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives

Requisiti del candidato:

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing or recently completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field - Business fluent in Mandarin because the role supports the regional business operations across Greater China markets - Internship availability for at least 6 months - Basic data analysis skills with proficiency in various data analysis tools - Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills - Proactive, hands-on mentality and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges If you have any questions, please reach out to us at apac-earlycareers@tiktok.com
