HR Communications and Employee Engagement Intern

[What the role is]We are seeking a creative and motivated candidate to join our HR team as an intern focusing on internal HR communications and employee engagement. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR whilst contributing to meaningful projects that enhance our workplace culture.

[What you will be working on]
* Support the HR team in creating engaging content for our internal HR newsletter, including writing articles, conducting employee interviews, and developing visual content to keep staff informed about HR updates, policies, and company news
* Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities such as townhalls, wellness programmes, and recognition initiatives
* Help gather employee feedback through surveys and focus groups, and support various HR communication projects as needed

[What we are looking for]
* Current polytechnic student in a relevant field such as Mass Communications, Business, or Human Resources
* Good written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
* Creative mindset and comfortable using basic design tools
