JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for an intern to support the Regional HR Business Partner (SEAK - Southeast Asia & Korea) in driving key people initiatives across multiple markets.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to regional HR strategy, execution governance, and cross-country stakeholder management, while working closely with senior leaders and country HR teams.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

* Support execution of the regional Employee Survey action plan across countries

* Support budget preparation for SEAK HQ functions

* Partner with country HR teams to customize Asia onboarding framework for Singapore and SEAK markets

* Manage and track action items from monthly country HR reviews

* Develop presentations, trackers, and structured documentation

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

* Currently studying with HR/ Business/ Management

* Strong project management skills/ability to work on multiple topics concurrently under tight deadlines

* Strong analytical thinking and comfortable working with numbers

* Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills (critical for success in this role)

* Reliable, autonomous, precise, good organization & communication skills
