As a global leader in prestige beauty, we are looking for a highly motivated Online Assistant Intern to support our Online & Media teams in the flawless execution of digital campaigns across our portfolio of iconic brands.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing operations within a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist with site checks every day: Perform daily checks on the website to ensure all offers are correct and the site is functioning properly. Report any issues to the e-merchandising team
* Assist with cross functions for eMerch: Always-on content updates and project page refreshes, Translation management, NPL: content checks and daily site walks, Refresh Validations and ALT image trnslation and renaming.
* InRiver admin tasks: default SKU settings, OCD updates, assortment creation and updates
* CMS tasks: URL updates, quick fixes, small requests, and last-minute changes
* NET store updates

Requirements

* Degree in progress or recently completed in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or similar.
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
* Previous experience in E-commerce.
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation purposes.
* Understanding of digital media and advertising platforms (experience is a plus).
* Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken. German language skills are a plus
