We continue our goal of attracting new talents through the yearly launch of our Internship Program "Deja tu Huella". We are looking for profiles with varied academic backgrounds, diverse but with the common denominator of having enthusiasm and desire to change the world. What do we offer?

To be part of a new cohort of the (COMPANY NAME)-CEU San Pablo postgraduate degree as an expert in the Pharmaceutical Industry. 11 months of internships at (COMPANY NAME) where you will participate in challenging projects and benefit from pioneering postgraduate training in the market about the pharmaceutical industry.

We have 20 open positions in different departments at (COMPANY NAME) and you will have the chance to decide which one connects best to your career interests and academic background.

You will have the opportunity to get on the job training by working on key projects with your designated department from Monday to Thursday and attend in person postgraduate classes at the university on Friday.

Our main location is Madrid, we are open to applications from all over Spain but relocation will be needed as part of the program expectations. Office attendance is expected (with some flexbility) to enjoy the connection to our colleagues, network and get exposure.

Note: If the location of the role is in Barcelona we expect the intern to travel on Fridays and attend the postgraduate classes in Madrid.

Last but not least, you will have mentorship by a (COMPANY NAME) tutor who will give you continuous feedback to develop your professional skills. The mentors for the program are (COMPANY NAME)'s senior and experienced young talent development professionals.

What are we looking for?

* Recent graduates or university students who will obtain their degree in the summer, in the areas of marketing, lifesciences, engineering, business administration, economics, data analytics, communication, legal, finances, etc.
* We want proactive and curious candidates that are willing to learn and grow by challenging the status quo.
* We are looking for flexible talents that adapt to changes and are willing to collaborate with teams in a network organization.
* We will value candidates that are committed to deliver on projects and that have analytical skills.
* Advanced level of communication in English and Spanish.
* Desirable to have international experience as a student or working abroad.
* Passion for improving the lives of patients and motivation to give the best of yourself in an innovative and challenging environment.
* Commitment to dedicate yourself full time to the program from September 2024 to August 2025.
* For international students, have a valid NIE or work permit in Spain.

Timelines of the program:
CV Application: 1st of May to 31st of May: You will need to select your main area of interest.
CV Screening: Mid May - Mid June
Interview and assessment: Mid June - Mid July
Offer extension: Max by the end of July
Onboarding: 9 of September 2024
Offboarding: 8 of August 2025
