The Position

Purpose of the role
The purpose of SW Engineer in Development interns is to develop their skills by using and learning more about SW engineering principles and programming languages under the supervision of experienced software engineers.

Main responsibilities:
* Participating actively in technical decisions
* Designing, developing, testing, evolving and scaling software as the business grows
* Creating Software you're proud of, using modern engineering approaches and agile principles
* Own your deliverables from start to finish
* Delivering high quality solutions, focusing on testing and cleaning code principles

How would your day to day look like?
At (COMPANY NAME) we are following agile methodologies to build our products. You will be part of a SCRUM team following the SAFe agile framework.

Who are you?
* Self-organized and an owner; since we have flexible remote working we believe in trust and individual accountability for getting things done.
* Recently graduated -no more than 3 years- or close to graduating 07/2024 in the areas of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Biotechnology, or Engineering with an interest in Software development.
* A team player, who listens to your colleagues and, at the same time, you are not afraid to be assertive when needed.
* A proactive person who is comfortable speaking up constructively.
* Able to handle uncertainty.
* Looking for a purpose where your work will have a real impact in patient lives. Your work is meaningful to you.
