People Trainee

The role
We are looking for a People Trainee feager to learn and grow within the People team, providing support across Recruitment, Talent, and People Operations teams.

Key responsibilities
* Support in full cycle of Recruitment Processes
* Administrative Support and Reporting: updating reports on open recruitment processes, tracking basic recruitment metrics, organizing candidate documentation)
* Participate in employer Branding and Talent Attraction
* Participating in job fairs or university events
* Proactively sourcing candidates on LinkedIn
* Assisting with onboarding processes (sending documentation, coordinating first days)
* Supporting projects aimed at improving the recruitment and selection process

* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Mater's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Good communication skills (written and verbal)
* Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and willing to learn ATS or other HR tools
* Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
