Join WK Kellogg Co as a Quality & Food Safety Intern in Mexicali and gain hands-on experience supporting critical food safety and quality processes. In this role, you will assist in data analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing directly to operational excellence on the production floor.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Capture, analyze, and report data related to prerequisite programs (PRPs) to support food safety compliance.
* Participate in ongoing Quality and Food Safety projects driven by the team.
* Develop and support improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing QFS (Quality & Food Safety) indicators, efficiency, and cost savings.
* Assist in the creation, review, and control of quality system documentation and continuous improvement tools.
* Support the preparation and shipment of product samples for laboratory analysis.
* Review training assessments for both operators and administrative staff to ensure compliance and understanding.
* Provide monthly progress reports on assigned activities and projects to the Quality Manager

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (5th semester or higher) in Food Science, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge & Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (required).
* English: Intermediate level (reading and writing comprehension).
* Strong teamwork, proactive attitude, and effective communication skills.
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
