Your Responsibilities Include

* Event support and prep for various on-site events hosted by the Talent Development and Scaled Education Team.
* Learning mail merge to print name tents, any rotations or rooms, name tag assembly.
* Own responsibilities for summit and event prep, aid in hospitality sub-team for the Koch Associate Program (KAP).
* Prep + day of event support for all programs, including catering support and room setup.
* KAP programming - handle breakout rooms and day of Zoom production, Kompass LMS how-to's.
* Identify creative items that should be standardize across a consistent brand look; where needed work with MarComms Team to elevate the product - for example Kompass Banners, marketing materials for the programs, summit packet designs.
* Assist in the data collection and analysis of event expenses, including catering, swag items, flight and hotel expenses.
* Assist in storage organization and cataloging with the quarterly intake.
* Create Koch Internship Program (KIP) opening and closing boxes, help pack and print FedEx labels to ship material.
