We are looking for a dynamic and eager intern to join our Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Team supporting the Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) for the summer!
The ISG HR Partner Intern will have the opportunity to experience many HR-related activities at Lenovo. This intern will assist the ISG HRBP Team with employee communications, program management, reporting, data tracking and clean up, and more. You will also have the opportunity to learn from our HR Centers of Excellence, such as Talent Acquisition, Learning Development, Organization Development, Payroll, etc. This is a great opportunity to understand the function of an HR Business Partner and how we partner with Executive Leadership on Organization, Talent, and Culture.
Basic Qualifications
* Rising Junior or Senior at a University majoring in HR, Business, or related field
PreferredQualifications
* Skills in Excel
* Very well organized and detail oriented
* A strong communicator, especially over email
* Creative and proactive
* Positive and proactive
* Familiar with Microsoft Outlook Teams
* Great at managing projects and programs
* A team player
* Experienced with Workday a plus, but not required
