Trainee (m/f/d) - Strategy & Market Expansion

We are currently looking for a student to join our Switzerland core team as a Strategy & Market Expansion Trainee. The team focuses on business opportunities in Switzerland, collaborating with local associations, partners, universities and startups, while supporting our broader Marketing & Sales initiatives.
This position is part-time (2-3 days a week) and is designed with a hybrid work model, requiring presence in the Kloten or Basel office 1 to 2 days per week, for a duration of 6 months.
As a Trainee in the Switzerland team, you will support the development and execution of our national education strategy for growing Dassault Systèmes' presence in the Swiss Academic Institutions. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Location: Switzerland, ideally close office in Kloten, otherwise Bern, Geneva, Basel

Role Description & Responsibilities

* Supporting the core Switzerland team with strategic and operational tasks
* Contributing to the development of market entry strategies
* Supporting Dassault Systèmes Switzerland EDU Initiative to expand our footprint in Academic Institutions with the 3DEXPERIENCE Learning Portfolio.
* Supporting lead management activities in collaboration with the Business Development team
* Coordinating internal meetings (weekly, monthly) including agendas, invites, and documentation
* Assisting in the organization of DS events

Qualifications

* You are currently studying Engineering, Informatics Business Administration, Economics, ideally with knowledge of SaaS, Cloud, or Digital Transformation
* You stand out with exceptional communication skills in English, German and/or French, enabling you to connect effortlessly with diverse teams, partners, and customers
* You bring a strong interest in market development, business expansion, and strategic projects
* You are eager to work with innovative tools and ideally already have some familiarity with Dassault Systèmes solutions or the 3DEXPERIENCE platform
* You are well-organized, proactive, and have a reliable and independent working style
* You ideally have experience or internships in areas such as Market Analysis, Business Development, Marketing, Event Organization, or Customer Interaction
