Your Task

This role provides background support for the procurement team, focusing on the administration and optimization of procurement processes. The position involves coordinating with both local and international partners to ensure efficient operational flow.

Responsibilities

* Provide background support for the procurement team
* Prepare regular reports for international and German clients
* Perform error analysis and propose process optimizations
* Communicate effectively with procurement teams
* Participate in various projects
* Utilize internal tools for operational tasks
* Support procurement processes, track orders, and process incoming requests
* Handle general administration duties
* Liaise with local and foreign colleagues and partners

Your Profile

We are looking for a Student Intern for the procurement team who possesses strong analytical skills, proficiency in essential business software, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Must Have Skills

* Active, full-time student status
* Ability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week (flexible)
* Intermediate level knowledge of English, both oral and written
* Confident use of Microsoft Excel
* Knowledge of SAP
* Analytical approach to problem solving
* High level of accuracy
* Good communication and coordination skills
