Overall mission

* You will provide support to Indirect Materials & Services R&F team leaders to ensure smooth execution of main responsibilities
* Take direction from the Team Manager on specific tasks. You will be reporting to the IM&S R&F Team Lead
* Contacts All employees, especially requestors,vendors

Main responsibilities

Daily operations in IM&S R&F management

* Manage incoming IM&S PTP related employee and vendor queries through relevant communication channels (email, instant messaging tool, service management tool)
* You will sort incoming requests and forward them to the right internal team
* Support PO creation, follow-up
* Handle late deliveries
* Support users with regards to workflows and approvals
* Analyze queries and perform end-to-end query resolution following service levels and Customer satisfaction

Education

* Diploma College or University degree in progress
* Languages Fluent in English and Hungarian

Technical skills

* Good data entry/ typing speed
* Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
