Job Description
Recruitment (70%)
* Monitor and follow-up intern recruitment needs
* Manage job postings in recruitment platforms
* In charge of interviewing and recruitment processes
* Monitor candidate database and feedback processes
Integration of New Hires (20%)
* Prepare welcome documents for new joiners
* Coordinate with other departments as requested for good integration of new-hires
* Monitor and support trainings (On-boarding, Orientation, etc.) and workshops
Personnel Marketing and HR event (10%)
* Coordinate in job fairs, university activities
* Support yearly events and projects of HR department
Requisiti del candidato:
Qualifications
* Third/Final year student, entitled as full-time student during the 6-month internship
* No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have advantage
* Eloquent English and Vietnamese
* Proficient in MS Office
* Interpersonal skills, time and task management skill, critical thinking, and patience
* Can-do attitude, urge to develop and learn new things
* Eyes for details and good organization skills
* High sense of disciplinary and confidentiality
* Be able to provide stamped Letter of Recommendation from university
