I attended a Polish course at university but it was not like expected. I learned to less to survive due to the fact that the course focused on grammar. The whole semester was a real improvement for my English.
hardly everything is a bit cheaper in Poland than in Austria. The only thing is the price in housing. It was higher for me, because in Austria I still live with my parents.

Pourquoi?
Cheap and really great: you can choose a location both close to the university and to the market place, the appartments are really huge for an average of 200euros a month each in co-rental

Don' t use Ober Haus to find a flat, the best is coming one week before and have a look in the nowspapers with your tutor.
Ober Haus is extremely expensive
