Pros
One of the most special things about Al Akhawayn University is its unique location in the small and picturesque town of Ifrane, nestled in the Middle Atlas Mountains of Morocco.
Cons
. They should, in my opinion, make improvements to the fairly convenient office service.

the most beautiful thing at AUI is that we follow an American system. Actually, we have one of the best professors, 90% of them are PhDs holders. 85% of AUI's teachers are Americans and have a very broad knowledge of what they are teaching. students here even if 90% of them are Moroccans have an open-minded mentality since the lifestyle here is close to the American culture.
At al akhawayn, university attendance is mandatory and is part of the overall grade. professors get to choose how they want to teach classes depending on the syllabus they provide to students on the very first day of classes. otherwise, I'm currently living the perfect journey in my life as a student in al akhawayn university.

My journey at Al Akhawayn University is unforgettable thanks to its high quality services. I spent 4 years in a healthy environment full of learning, sharing, and competing without forgetting about the social life and the clubs' activities. Choosing from a variety of courses thought by highly skilled professors adds a great value to my studies. Computer Science is not that easy as a major, but studying in such a university that opts for academic excellence through competitions like MCPC "Moroccan Collegiate Programming Contest" and social activities like "Special Olympics Morocco" results in a balanced career. My major goal is that to invest in humanity through computer science. Therefore, spending one semester abroad( Malaysia) in a partner university (University of Malaya) helped to discover computer science from another perspective added by the Asian culture. We have many similarities in terms of the system, but each culture sees and invests in a field according to its own values and principles. Holding a bachelor in Computer Science would not be that useful if the acquired skills are not into practice and challenged through an internship.

I met a girl from this university as an exchange at my university and because we became such good friends, my experience here was probably better than the average exchange student's. This is because we traveled all over the country and also saw Europe on spring break, and I will definately be back to visit my friends here soon.
