Firstly, the program has an excellent team of teachers who are knowledgeable, experienced, and dedicated to providing high-quality education to the students. They have a strong focus on practical learning and emphasize the development of real-world business skills. The teachers are always available to assist and guide the students, and they encourage us to think creatively and independently.

Careers
The university provides a wide range of internship opportunities to its students, which are highly valuable for gaining practical experience and enhancing our career prospects. The career center at the university is very helpful in guiding us through the process of finding and applying for internships. They offer career counseling, resume writing workshops, and mock interview sessions to help us prepare for the internship application process.

During my time at the university, I had the opportunity to do an internship with an International company in my field of study. The internship was a great experience, and it provided me with an opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills I learned in the classroom to real-life situations. The company provided me with challenging tasks and exposed me to various aspects of the industry, which helped me to gain a better understanding of the career path I wanted to pursue.

The career advice provided by the university was also very beneficial to me. The career center helped me to develop my career goals and provided me with guidance on how to achieve them. They also helped me to identify my strengths and weaknesses and provided me with tools and resources to improve my skills and enhance my employability.

Overall, the internship opportunities and career advice provided by the American University of Beirut are exceptional. They are designed to help students build their skills, gain practical experience, and prepare for their future careers. I highly recommend the university to any student who is looking for a great learning experience and a strong foundation for their future career.

Takwa D
Tunisia, Undergraduate
Business Studies, 2022
Overall
The first thing that attracted me when I first started school is the organization. Everything was organized on platforms and had deadlines , so I feel that my university life is very smooth. Also, professors are very professional and deserve to be instructors. For the first time in my life, I understand to the fullest in sessions. Plus, they are super helpful whether through emails or office hours. Not only that, but we have a great careers service at OSB. They were of a great help and they guided me through choosing my concentration and creating my CV.
Last but not least, the campus is just breathtaking and living in it helps me stay healthy and energetic.

Shaden A
Lebanon, Undergraduate
Education, 2020
Overall
courses: difficult, most based on rot learning especially in the STEM majors.

Faculty: supportive and experienced faculty members, you will benefit from worldwide connections by interacting with them. you need to initiate reaching out to faculty members to benefit from the support, especially with crowded STEM majors that have classes above 100 students.

Students and student life: friendliest most helpful student community you will ever experience. You will be integrated and find comfort no matter your background. You will enjoy the unofficial support groups, late night outings and long lasting friendships.

Campus: the most beautiful area in this side of Beirut, the campus is lush and green. A simple walk around campus would drain you of all your worries. Lower campus is located across the road from the Mediterranean sea. Campus has  a gym, pool, track, music room art room...

Not just a college, but a second home
Rayan F
Lebanon, Undergraduate
Engineering, 2018
Overall
AUB is one of the best experiences I had in life. Not only is the educational system high-end on the professional level, the teachers and professors are of the kindest in most cases. They deliver the course requirements as intended, and are always available for inquiries. Moreover, the whole atmosphere in college fits every single person in the young adult age, where students and professors are of different nationalities, and everyone seems to get along with everyone else so nicely.

Overall
As a civil & environmental engineer, I felt that the university provided me with more than enough theory and practice to feel comfortable in my own profession. Additionally, the overall atmosphere is such an amazing and unique thing, that I genuinely believe AUB should be considered for worldwide acclamation, and i dont say this just because it was my university, I say this because thousands of others have said it before me, and thousands of others will say it after.
