Davidson College

I think that international experience is always good an mind opening, no matter where you go and what you do.

Davidson is very little town with not much night life outside of campus. On campus, there were parties at the fraternities and sororities, and in seniors' apartments. College organizes lots of lectures and concerts, and the church is very active, too. There are things to do in the town during big holidays. But back in 1994/95 there were not so many places to go just to hang out (it's a little different now).

I only used program money and all I did was what was provided in the program.

It was definitely helpful. Although I had known English pretty well, I certainly gained fluency and ability to understand people in everyday conversations.

In my opinion, it's fine.
