I studied Hungarian in Belgium before and took an Erasmus summer course in August in Hungary. It was a great experience! My courses were in English (as I am studying English linguistics) but as I was the only exchange student, Hungarian was the default language during breaks, in communication with professors, social encounters, etc. I took Hungarian evening courses three times a week and progressed very quickly! I am still writing emails with friends and am a member of a Hungarian group in Leuven.
