Barcelona is a great city which both had a terrific day and night life. there are so many places, bars, restaurant and clubs to go to that it is very difficult to pich one out

the courses are not very difficult but you have to pay attention that the teachers speak castillian and not catalan, which is very different.

before I went to Spain I had already had 2 years of basic spanish knowledge, which is definatly neccesary. in the beginning everything goes very fast, but after one or two months I noticed that I could actually follow the course without too many difficulties

EAE is a small private university with small classes which is definatly an advantage. Through small classes the international students have more contact with the spanish students which is nice

Final comments
Barcelona is a very modersn city with everything you need, it does not differ very much from your home country. I would advise students with a basic knowledge of spanish to follow an intensive course here, once you arrive because it can help a lot
