Personal comments
If you opt to stay out of Erasmus International House and request for a cheaper accomodation you save quite a bit. For travel, if you planb carefully by using flights like Ryanair and easyjet it can be very cheap. As the university id close, you can mostly walk or take a bicycle which you can buy second hand and sell it off before you go.
