Housing
Type of housing: With a family
Arranged by: Independently - I had no other choice
If returning, I would choose: With a family
Why?
I know what is like to live with a host family now, so I would choose to live there for the space that the house provides, the laundry made every week, I did not have to worry about that, so it was good for me to come back home and find things in order, ironed...

I have not lived on-campus because it was already full when I wanted to register, but it goes without saying that living on-campus has some advantages as being in the heart of the college, meeting and studying more easily people. Housing is basic, you have to share your room with 1 or 2 people, so sometimes it is not the best for intimity, but good for lots of fun, if you have great roomates.

Academic
Course recommendations
The choice of course is very limited. i had to chose courses which do not correspond to my interests as nothing else was available. I had courses which were not well structure with teachers not seeming to understand how they should evaluate the students. The good point is regarding the emphasis which is put on practical work and case studies which permits to apply the theory.

The examination are realised through a very short period of time which is not appreciated by anyone: it does not permit to go deeply into what we have learn and it makes people feel that they do not give a work of quality.

Academic
Course recommendations
The methodology used is quite different from the spainish one, they don't explain much about the subject, they prefer the student to study on his own and then in the classes arise a debate on the subject relating to actual business issues.

Group works did not act like such, in my host university we are used to work as a team and here they just splitted the work into different pieces and did not care much about how they would fit together!

I wish I had known...
Yes, the unseriousness about the school. Lack of organisation and that the teachers do not demand anything from the students

I met the nicest people there. Also exchange student and that saved my entire stay... I accepted the unseriousness of the school. It seems a bit unorganised at first but it pretty much ok. The best time of my life all in all.

The location is one of the most attractive characteristic of this university, but the international environment you find on campus does really add value to your experience
